At Satvika, we aim to provide you with the best experience. However, we understand that sometimes plans change. Please review our cancellation policy below:

1. Order Cancellation

   • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided the items have not yet been shipped. To cancel your order, please email us at help.satvika@gmail.com with your order details.
   • Once the order is processed and dispatched, cancellations will no longer be accepted.

2. Custom Orders

   • Custom-made or personalized candle orders cannot be canceled once production begins. We will notify you when production starts for such orders.
