1. Shipping Partner

We have partnered with Shiprocket, a reliable courier service, to ensure your orders are delivered safely and on time.

2. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed and shipped within 3-4 business days from our warehouse located in Gurgaon. Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Minimum - 1 day, maximum - 5 days to be shipped. 

3. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to various locations within India. If your location is not within our serviceable area, we will notify you during the checkout process.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of your order and the destination. The shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

5. Delivery Time

Once your order is shipped, delivery typically takes 2-5 business days, depending on your location. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions or carrier delays.

6. Order Tracking

After your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery on the Shiprocket website.

7. Undelivered Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by you, or if the package is unclaimed, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the package. We will contact you to arrange for re-delivery.

8. Damaged or Lost Packages

In the rare event that your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at help.satvika@gmail.com. We will work with our courier partner, Shiprocket, to resolve the issue and ensure that you receive a replacement or refund as soon as possible.

9. International Shipping

Our international shipping delivery time is within 14-20 working days.
